Quentin Lachat started his food journey at 15, attending culinary school in Switzerland, and then moving on to work in hotels and restaurants in Spain. He considers his experience working for Daniel Humm in New York a dream come true and a turning point in his career. He came back to Switzerland and started a private catering business for events across the country and private cooking for VIPs in and abroad. 

He’s been on an adventure, having worked at Palace Hotel Gstaad, Carlton St. Moritz, and Nomad New York. And his journey continues with this new chapter: on a continuous quest to elevate his culinary game. 

Hailing from the tropical paradise Philippines, Belle Gaitan brings the Asian flair to quest. She leads and breathes a creative lifestyle — from ballet, dressmaking, photography, to visual art. As an HRM graduate, she has had extensive experiences in the F&B industry around the Philippines and in Singapore. 

She has since dabbled into cooking and table styling, knocking up bold flavors with restrained, elegant presentation — a magical mix of her Oriental roots and fondness for Nordic style.
